The 4-bed room was spacious and the bunk beds were comfortable. Having a private bathroom was convenient, and the close proximity to Bus Stop 1 made it easy to explore the city. I also enjoyed the option of grabbing a quick bite to eat at the nearby restaurants after a day of touring.

Although the location of the hotel was decent, it wasn't exactly at the heart of the city as I had hoped. Additionally, having to put on and take off the bed sheets ourselves was a bit of a hassle.

the location couldn't have been better, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the breakfast options were fantastic and always ready on time. the place was always clean, including the dining and sitting areas. the room itself was spotless, with a clean bathroom and comfortable beds. I have to mention the excellent housekeeping team. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Downtown Hi to anyone visiting. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 💯.

The hostel had a clean and organized facility with spacious kitchen and well-equipped rooms. I stayed in a double room with my own bathroom facilities, which were well equipped and even had a tiny spot of seaview. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, situated in the city center and just a short walk away from the pier. I had a great experience at Downtown Hi and would highly recommend it.
